Jaylen was born and raised in Northeast Portland, Oregon, and attended Faubion Elementary and Jefferson High School before continuing his education at the University of Oregon, where he earned a degree in ART with a specialization in photography and videography. While attending the University of Oregon, he had the opportunity to work closely with the football team, traveling to games with them and making videos.
