A Rose City native, Jawan Mullen has deep roots in the Portland area. He graduated from David Douglas High School in 2010, where he lettered in Football and was a prominent writer for the school’s award-winning newspaper: The Highlander.

Treasurer

Javarr has had an interesting and varied life so far. I spent 8 years in the US Army as part of the 82nd Airborne Battalion. During that time, he was deployed to a lot of different countries and developed a love of travel and seeing new places.
