Operations and Project Management

As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and STEM education, Ruby leverages her experience in project management and community engagement to develop programs that introduce students to technology, innovation, and career pathways in fields such as semiconductors and engineering.

Ruby is deeply committed to community service, particularly supporting marginalized populations. Her passion for volunteering ignited during her third year of undergraduate studies when she joined Databank’s ReadAid foundation. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Project Management, Ruby currently serves as the Operations & Project Manager for BB2S, where she collaborates with other community and industry partners to strengthen existing and develop new programs to support STEM workforce development.
