TIFFANY DEMPSEY
Board Member
Tiffany Dempsey is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Director of Community Relations at KairosPDX Learning Academy. She is deeply committed to community engagement, professional development, and HBCU advocacy. Mrs. Dempsey co-founded the Intel Oregon HBCU Alumni Special Interest Group, where she led annual initiatives designed to promote Historically Black Colleges and Universities and expand educational opportunities for students and families.
After more than 26 years with Intel Corporation, Mrs. Dempsey retired with extensive experience in people management, operations, business process improvement, technical training, and team development. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to fostering impactful learning environments, building strategic partnerships, and driving meaningful outcomes across both corporate and community spaces.
In addition to her professional leadership, Mrs. Dempsey serves as a mentor for the Portland Portfolio Project and sits on the boards of Friends of Baseball (FOB), United Negro College Fund Portland (UNCF PDX), Building Blocks 2 Success (BB2S), and Black Educational Achievement Movement (B.E.A.M.). Through these roles, she has facilitated workshops, served as a panelist, and supported initiatives focused on educational equity, leadership development, and youth empowerment.
Mrs. Dempsey is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization founded by college-educated women committed to public service and programs that support the African American community. She is a proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
